The objectives

Three objectives, weighted equally. If one leads, it is engagement.
Lead
1

Engagement

Likes, reposts, comments and impressions up on Alchemy's own posts.

Now 100-200 → benchmark 300-500
Verified
2

Audience growth

Grow the @Alchemy following with genuine, connected accounts.

Every follow tied to a verified card claim
Measurable
3

Mindshare

A measurable read on Alchemy's share of the developer conversation.

Quantified via Cookie3 KOL intelligence
2

The system

How every piece feeds the next. Nothing runs alone.

The card event finds the builders. Their scores select the collective. The collective and the ambassador layer power a standing engagement engine on every @Alchemy post - week after week.

NEW FOLLOWERS + MINDSHARE PULL THE NEXT COHORT IN Card Event WKS 4-6 · $10K PRIZE claims · pitches · waves Score Data EVERY CLAIMANT, RANKED X + GitHub + onchain signal Builder Collective 30-50 TOP-SCORED ACCOUNTS rewards for engagement + content Ambassador Layer 5 KOLS → 10 KOLS reach + credibility on every drop Engagement Engine EVERY @ALCHEMY POST
Solid lines · what feeds what
Dashed loop · growth pulls in the next cohort
Why this order: ambassadors alone can't prove follower quality, and a giveaway alone can't sustain engagement. Run the event first and it hands us the exact people the standing programme should be built from - no guessing, no cold-recruiting.

Phase one - the event

Three weeks live. A $10k API-credit prize pool. Every step feeds an objective.
1

Connect

Twitter to claim. Wallet and GitHub optional - they boost the score.

→ verified account
2

Generate

The engine scores the inputs and mints a shareable card: archetype, tier, rank.

→ mindshare
3

Boost

Follow @Alchemy, quote-post your card, join the community, refer builders to climb.

→ audience + engagement
4

Pitch

Quote the anchor post with what you'd build with $10k in credits. Best pitches get spotlighted weekly.

→ engagement + funnel
5

Leaderboard prizes - and the top 3 pitches take the stage at the finale.

Alchemy

Status builders want to post - and a stage they want to earn

The card scores a builder's X, on-chain and GitHub footprint into an identity they can't get anywhere else. Personal, so it gets shared. Low-signal and automated accounts drop to dust tier - no prize, no stage.

"What would you build with $10k in API credits?"

Every claimant answers as a quote-post on @Alchemy's anchor - so every pitch is engagement on Alchemy's own post. The top 3 earn the finale Space stage: a platform to talk about what they're building, to Alchemy and their combined audiences. The full pitch set is handed over after the event: a database of declared use cases from verified builders.

4

Amplification

A topic-matched creator network hits @Alchemy's posts in coordinated waves.
Launch · Wk 4

Wave 1 - Ignition

The anchor post drops. The network converges inside the first 1-2 hours, each creator posting their own card and pitch.

A
First 1-2h · coordinated QP burst
Wk 5 · claims close

Wave 2 - Rivalry

The leaderboard heats up. Rank call-outs, archetype spotlights, and weekly best-pitch features - all quote-posting the anchor.

Leaderboard cross-talk · pitch spotlights
Wk 6 · finale

Wave 3 - Showcase

A live Space where the top 3 builders take the stage to talk about what they're building - in front of Alchemy and the combined audience. Winners announced, grand prize awarded, clips distributed.

Live Space · top 3 builders on stage
Every wave lands on @Alchemy's own posts in the first 1-2 hours, when coordinated engagement carries the most reach. The network is topic-matched and credible - never generic CT or automated accounts.
5

Phase two - the standing programme

Built from the people the event just found. This is what sustains the lead metric.
From wk 6 · 30-50 accounts

The Builder Collective

The top-scored small accounts from the event - real builders with real footprints, invited into a private channel.

  • Alchemy drops each post into the channel - the collective engages inside the first hour
  • Prompted to create their own content around drops and releases
  • Monthly reward pool, distributed by contribution
  • High-quality referrals accepted - the collective grows itself, score-gated
Wk 7: five KOLs · wk 11: ten

The Ambassador Layer

Mid-to-top tier, dev-credible voices layered on top for reach and authority.

  • Lower posting cadence than the collective, but engage every drop
  • Locked at ambassador rates - below their standard one-off pricing
  • Five onboarded in the first programme month, five more the next
  • Credibility ceiling: their presence keeps the collective aspirational
The engagement math: 30-50 collective accounts plus 10 ambassadors converging on every @Alchemy post inside the first hour is what holds a 2-3x engagement floor week to week - sustained, not spiked.
6

Proof & responsibilities

Every objective reported with receipts, monthly.
What gets reported
  • Per-post engagement during waves - targeting 3-4x baseline, settling to a 2-3x floor once the programme runs
  • Every new follower tied to its verified card claim and quality tier
  • Mindshare share-of-voice vs the benchmarked field, via Cookie3, month over month
  • Pitch database + product-funnel signal: free apps spun up, first RPC calls
Fracas delivers / Alchemy provides
  • Fracas: build & run the engine, curate the network, run the waves, manage collective + ambassadors, all reporting
  • Alchemy: anchor posts from @Alchemy, prize pool confirmation, brand sign-off
  • Alchemy: ongoing product timelines - the launches and releases you want amplified, as they land
  • Alchemy: product brief + ambassador brief, so the ambassador layer speaks Alchemy fluently
  • Joint: top-3 pitch selection and Space participation from the Alchemy team
